Can I cancel a coupon I made?

You can’t cancel your bets; however, you can cash out your bets at the price the system assigns to you using our cash out feature.

What is Cash-out? How can I benefit from it?

With the Cashout feature, you can cash out your bet slip, which you think will not win or that you don’t want to risk, at the price determined by the provider. This price may vary depending on the score of the match you’re playing or the current risk level.

The provider may not offer a cashout offer, if you accept the offer, it may not be approved by the system, or the offer may change.

Automatic Cash Out

How will my coupon be processed if a match in my coupon is abandoned?

👉 In sports betting, if abandoned or postponed matches are played within 24 hours, your bet will be settled based on the outcome of the match.

👉 If postponed matches are specified to be played within 48 hours, your bet will be settled within 48 hours, and your bet will be settled based on the outcome of the match.

👉 If a match is postponed for more than 48 hours, your bet on that match will be valued at odds of 1 and will be cancelled/refunded.

How many matches can I play in one coupon?

The maximum number of matches and the winnings you can place on your bet slip vary depending on the odds and the bet amount.

Each event has its own maximum bet limit, independent of other events. Adding multiple matches to your bet slip will affect the maximum bet amount you can place on your bet slip.

You can add a single match or as many matches as the provider allows, and use the “max” option to see your maximum bet amount.

If you add as many matches to your bet slip as the provider allows and win by betting the maximum amount, you can withdraw the entire amount, up to the daily limits.

What is Single, Multiple, System?

The terms single, accumulator, and system refer to different types of bets.

Single bet: If your bet slip contains only one match, it’s called a single bet.

Multiple bet: If your bet slip contains multiple matches, it’s called an accumulator bet.

System bet: If you want to win even if some matches in your accumulator bet don’t win, this bet type is called a system bet.
